Privacy policy

This is a draft privacy policy for TaskQuick. The product is in active development; this page will be replaced with the final version before general availability. If you have questions in the meantime, write to help@taskquick.org.

What we collect

When you sign in via Google, we receive your name, email address and avatar. We use them to identify you across organizations and to display a recognisable profile to your teammates. When you create content (organizations, projects, tasks, comments, attachments) it is stored on our infrastructure and only accessible to members of your organization.

Third parties

We use Google Identity Services for authentication, Backblaze B2 (or a compatible S3 endpoint) for file storage, and Cloudflare Pages for static hosting of this marketing site. We don't sell, rent or share your data with advertisers.

Cookies

This marketing site only uses strictly necessary cookies (theme, language, banner-dismissal). The application at app.taskquick.org additionally sets an httpOnly refresh-token cookie used solely for keeping you signed in.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your account and its data at any time via help@taskquick.org. We will respond within 30 days.
